I'm actually surprised I got sick early this year, guess I have to have one sinus infection at least once per 6 months and feel like I'm dying. I'm trying to make anything to feel better and I'm pushing to finish one sketchbook I hate and had it since 2021 (worse one was from 2019 which I finished in 2021,,,). Today I got a day off since there's a holiday in my country right now, so I'm happy about having long weekend and a bit of time to zone out.

From random things recently, I tried to watch Trainspotting again but I didn't do anyway, I'm still surprised that Sick Boy was played by an american actor. I found early show by Mitchell and Webb, The Mitchell and Webb Situation in full on the internet. I love how title card looks and man, this interior is peak 2001. I always wanted to get into their other work than Peep Show, which I love and it's just so funny to watch. I mentioned it before, but I'm trying to quickly fill a sketchbook I hate only to start one that will look better and pages will be way more presentable, I actually miss posting my sketchbook pages on Somnol's blog.

Additionally, I had a bit of laugh today since zoom zooms on gosupermodel are seething how funny and chill site is due to older userbase. I actually like how many millennial women are there, they just want to have fun like in 2007. I also pointed out that trendy term for 2000s is wrong and how turn of millennium era is different than disgusting 2005 pink trash that is making rounds on the interwebs. Instantly they got so angry at me and it was ridiculous, felt a bit like on everskies but actually funnier because I could troll a bit.

My ideas are coming back to me and I think I'll try some thumbnails today, will see how it will look like. I want to do studies and draw from life, but also learn to reference and make my art better. Feeling way more creative and I actually like studies, since I can draw when I don't have much of my own ideas. I need to make more space on my desk though, but it's just too comfy to have a proper display instead of tiny laptop screen. Gonna look for keyboard shelf I guess.
