I am…exhausted, but all the stories and stuff that used to reside on my main site have now been moved to cammy.somnolescent.net. Felt like they belonged more over there, given how on and off I am about them still. They’re more personal things, anyway. I was able to keep most of the stylesheet formatting and mix it with the <font> stuff in a way that pleases me on both old and new browsers.

I also added plain text and RTF versions of all my stories for people to download. Think dcb was poking me about downloadable copies of them at some point, and plus, it’s meant to be a site from the era when people weren’t constantly connected. So if you like any of them, hey, you can read them offline and get better quality prints now too. (That’s what ate up the bulk of the evening…ever had to finagle RTF formatting codes to make line heights consistent?)

At this point, nearly everything I really had hoped to debut the site with is up there. I still have a bunch of ideas, but like I was saying earlier today in Somnol, I feel like I have six hours a day where I actually want to work on stuff, so I can get about one thing done a day. I already feel like I’m 35 with a full-time job and kids. Thankfully, I have been using each batch of six hours fairly effectively lately.

Was also maybe thinking of having a weekly schedule (Monday for writing, Tuesday for web work, etc.) and dividing up my time like that, just to make sure I’m not neglecting my stories or anything else I wanna do. Certainly, I’ve teased Caby with a few ideas I’d like to not let slip away from me.

Feel like there’s something more to say here, but it escapes me. Hoping to get to bed slightly earlier than 2AM tonight.
