I'm mariteaux. I founded Somnolescent in 2014 and I've been tinkering and kicking around various projects involving writing, game modding, music, and shit being utterly broken. Sometimes I wonder if I get off on it.

I started somnolescent.net as a way to give my friends in the collective a unique, open place to post whatever they'd like without drawing the ire of riff-raff. (This has been a problem in the past; in fact, it's what prompted the jump.) While we haven't all yet made it over, we're quickly getting up to speed.

I'll be using this space as a home for whatever I get up to. Much of what I do is Gopher-exclusive, so be sure to check that out if you have a copy of Lynx lying around.
